We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our main website can be viewed without giving us any data about yourself. Our e-learning, online management systems, IOS and Android applications will require you to enter relevant personal data as detailed below.

Collecting your personal data

We will ask you (or your employer) when we need data that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.

Personal data collected by Play it Safe Limited is usually limited to your name, email address, unique employee number or National Insurance number. We will always make it clear how we will deal with your personal data.

Play it Safe Limited respects your privacy and will not sell or make available in any way your personal data except where you have specifically asked us to do so or if we are required to do so by law.

Play it Safe Limited use a range of Go-Daddy and GlobalSign products ranging from Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Adobe Air Code Sign Certificates, and these will safeguard the security of your personal data. We will carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Monitoring and improving our sites

To enable us to monitor and improve our websites, we may gather certain data about you when you use the sites, including details of your operating system, browser version and type, browser language and Internet Service Provider.

We will always be able to identify your IP address. This is a unique number assigned to every computer on the Internet. Your IP address will tell us your geographic location and your domain.
